Early Years

JJ Redick was a standout basketball player from an early age, earning recognition as a McDonald's All-American at Cave Spring High School in Roanoke, Virginia. He led his team to a state championship and was named Virginia's Player of the Year in 2002.

College Career

Redick continued his success at Duke University, where he was a three-time All-ACC selection and a consensus All-American in his senior year. He holds the ACC record for career three-pointers made and helped lead the Blue Devils to the 2004 NCAA Championship.

NBA Career

Redick was drafted 11th overall by the Orlando Magic in the 2006 NBA Draft. He spent six seasons with the Magic, averaging 12.1 points per game and establishing himself as one of the league's best three-point shooters. He has since played for the Milwaukee Bucks, Los Angeles Clippers, Philadelphia 76ers, New Orleans Pelicans, and Dallas Mavericks.
